          I planned to do Nail art this week since I dint do it since Easter. As always this is inspired by Robinmoses. I thought I could have done roses bit small ... What do you think..

QUILLED FRAMEWORK

         This was an order from my School mate Sherin. She wants to gift a quilled work to her fiance and she wanted a similar work of Neli's Gabriela work...Also I had longed to do a similar work like Neli's.. So was very happie when she asked for it. 

         The centre heart piece is hand drawn & cut.. Fringed 3mm strips on stuck over it..Believe more than 100 pieces were used in it. Dint have a count of it though :P

RECENT MEHENDI WORKS

    

                        

           

             I made these henna works on my Sister's and Anni's ( brother's wife is called as Anni in TamilNadu) hands. Mehendi/henna is done on bride's hands during their wedding... It was said that bride has love on her groom based on the orange stain this henna gives. If it has stained much then the bride loves her groom a lot. Also groom's name will be written in a puzzled way in midst of these works and the groom has to find it. This is one of the game followed after the marriage ceremony to make the couple comfortable and happy.

            Now henna is been worn by everyone... :) I'm not very much good at this art. But am practicing hard ... Planning to take classes for this art since I'm self learnt in this....

            Also tomorrow I will be applying mehendi on my friend  for her betrothal. Hope it comes out good..

MASK ON MY SWEET HEART

       This is my darling Rachel... She has come home for vacation.. Just made a mask to make her happy.. Its a simple mask but then when she wears it, its looks awesome on her.... Ahh but she dint have patience while I'm doing it... She just did it in a hurry :)

SIMPLE BIRTHDAY CARD

      This card was done for my colleague who wants to gift his dear friend. Green color is the fav color of that person so gave Green background using handmade paper ... Also I wanted the card to be simple n elegant... Made this card using Malaysian flower technique..
